Budget hosting with 24/7 support

24/7 customer service, lightning-fast servers, and very well-priced. It's a provider that operates on a massive scale but still offers excellent service. More about them in our review.

Best for scaling

Excellent for experienced users who have a fast-growing website. Data centers worldwide, the speed of cloud hosting and excellent 24/7 support. More about them in our review.

Our choice

Kadence is a WordPress theme built around Gutenberg. This makes it both super fast and easy to use. It also offers excellent designs. More about them in our review.

Best for complete beginners

The first version of WebsiteGecko ran on Divi. It's easy to learn and has a gentle price tag. It offers all the functionality most sites need. Learn more about them in our review.

Best for developers

The learning curve of GeneratePress is quite steep, but it's the fastest and most versatile theme. Popular among users with a dev background. More about them in our review.

Best for LiteSpeed hosting

If you use LiteSpeed hosting (like Cloud86), LiteSpeed Cache is the best caching plugin you can choose. You can tweak your site performance with it in every possible way.

Top for all other hosting

FlyingPress is an excellent (paid) caching plugin that in recent years has been leaving more well-known and established caching plugins like WPRocket increasingly in the dust.

Affordable, fast CDN

Cloudflare Automatic Platform Optimization (APO) is an inexpensive ($5 per month) alternative to Cloudflare Enterprise. We use this for our websites that have an international audience.

Best all-round SEO tool

SEMrush is the best SEO tool on the market. From keyword research to analyzing your competition and monitoring your site's SEO health – SEMrush has it all.

Best SEO plugin

Rank Math Pro comes pre-installed on all our websites. It's faster than alternatives like Yoast, and also offers more advanced functionality (such as Schema).

Solid budget SEO tool

Ubersuggest is not nearly as streamlined and comprehensive as SEMrush, but it gets you quite far for your SEO needs. They also offer a lifetime deal.

Our choice

NordVPN is the largest VPN service in the world. We use it both for secure browsing and for more frivolous things like gaining access to American streaming services.

Best password manager

Managing passwords with dozens of online services is a tedious task. LastPass makes the process significantly easier and syncs your passwords across all your devices.

Best antivirus

Norton protects your computer against malware, speed, includes all the security features you need, and is fairly priced to top it all off.

Best online work environment

Google Workspace functions as an all-in-one collaborative environment for our teams. We use it to manage content planning, ideas for our future projects, our email, and much more.

Best chat tool

The best chat tool on the market. For internal communication, we rely 95% on Slack (we only use email for external communication). It also integrates perfectly with tools like Salesforce.

Best for beginners

MailerLite has an excellent free subscription that allows you to take your first steps in email marketing. It also has several solid advanced features, but remains easy to use.

Best for large email lists

Do you want to elevate your email marketing game? Then use ConvertKit, which allows you to do exactly that (and much more). Pricey, but worth it at some point.
